PLUS+ is a 4 day creation experience centered on making choreography quickly and with a joyful YES spirit!

Have you been in the room with me while I generate movement content on the spot and wondered how I do it? I am going to show you! Working in the moment is my favorite thing to do. Saying yes and generating stories is what brings me joy! We will work with generating content, exploring observation techniques and editing works!

4 days in New Orleans Louisiana at New Marigny Theatre at Church of Art and Sciences. February 14-17 2025. Daily hours are 10am - 6pm daily with a intimate showcase the evening of the 17th.

You can register as a solo mover or as duet/troupe working exclusively together! I will be showing you techniques on creating choreography then you will be doing the directing yourself with feedback from myself and others in the intensive.

This is a Sigil Original and this is the first time I have ever offered a deep dive into how I create choreography. I promise this will be a game changer. You will leave these 4 days with skills for developing new work, inspiration to create and a support group to keep in contact with when you leave.

I am also stoked to tell you that these dates are set during a local New Orleans mardis gras and each evening will be filled with local music, food and celebration!
