All material is prerecorded and delivered each week for 11 consecutive weeks. New material arriving each week. You will have this course for a total of 2 weeks after the semester ends for any make up sessions. A total of 13 weeks.
You receive an ITS Technique class. A deep dive into the body mechanics of ITS level 2! This lesson will provide you a foundation of skills to prepare you for the ITS level 2 lesson. Focusing on body awareness and isolations. Instruction, conditioning and drill time!
You receive your ITS new content lesson. Each lesson builds on the one before so keeping these lessons in order will be important to the success of understanding the structure of ITS. All of these lessons will be with you for 13 weeks so you have time to catch up if you miss any weeks.
You can choose to continue the work into ITS level 3, move into your Teachers Certification Program, or both!
After the semester you will receive a completion certificate. This certificate gives you the opportunity to join our global ITS family, attend international performances, and share a common language with amazing movers all over the world!
